Hotel was well-kept and newly decorated, I loved the stay.

The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the place is clean, with a wide variety of breakfast options like coffee, milk, toast, muffins.

Its location was marvellous, so close to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace.

the room was extremaly small ( 5 person) located in basement. Not possbile to move and no space for luggage. No heating even it was very clod and rainny. The noise for the other rooms, toillets were heard very strongly.

This hotel offers exatly what you are paying...close to nothing! The wi connection didn't work with Windows Vista!!!!!!

The rooms here offer good value for money and come with a convenient shower cabin, plus the staff is incredibly helpful.

Good, familiar atmosphere, perfect staff (best regards for Mr.Ahmed & co), good standard of the rooms (always clean), great location, 10 minutes walk from Victoria st., 15minutes from backingham palace, 25 minutes from houses of parliament. Enjoyed a great 3-night stay here. The staff were super friendly and really helped us out. The food at the restaurant was tasty 👌🏼.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Allowed us to leave luggage there and use shower room after checking out. Room was clean, very close to Victoria and Buckingham Palace.

The room was small but clean. Disappointed by the two lumpy pillows we had. Had to roll up the bedspread to use as a pillow. Bed however was comfy and everything else fine. I would recommend investing in some new pillows to make the whole experience a positive one! Would have liked brown bread on offer for toast as well as white.

Staff is knowledgable of London's attractions. Helpful. Let guests leave luggages until evening after checkout.

The location was mind-blowing, right next to all the transportation options you could dream of. We were SUPER impressed by the variety of restaurants nearby and how easily we could walk to Buckingham Palace. The rooms were surprisingly clean, and even though the bathrooms were small, they were well-maintained. The bed was so comfy and we loved having a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi in the room. The staff was jaw-droppingly friendly and accommodating, letting us leave our luggage and even having breakfast earlier than usual. Plus, they provided cots for families. And a huge shout-out to Vanessa for being so awesome. This place definitely exceeded our expectations!
